Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting WizeThink. We value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality content, products, and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terns under which refunds may be granted.

Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates, etc.)

Due to the nature of all digital downloads, all sales are final once the product is delivered. We do not offer redunds for digital products unless:

  • You were charged in error

  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end (not relating to your device or internet connection)

If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue. ​

Online Courses or Memberships

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee on paid courses or memberships. If you're not satisfied and contact us within [7] days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

  • You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction

  • You must not have completed more than [25%] of the course content

After [7] days, refunds are not available.​

Coaching or Consulting Services

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled. No-shows or late-cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds for coaching packages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, minus any sessions already completed. 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [support@wizethink.com] with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or receipt

  • Product or service purchased

  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.​

Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us before iniating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. 

Policy Updates

WizeThink reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
